Part one of our three part introduction series is designed to introduce students to some of the skills and attributes that lead to success. This first part is made up of 18 distinct episodes, covering a wide range of habits and skills that positively influence individual performance for improved results and greater success. A brief description of each episode is outlined below. In addition you'll find links to the teacher episode page and supporting exercises for each episode.

In part two of our introduction series we help students to gain a better understanding of themselves, helping them to identify their strengths and weaknesses, along with some of their unique traits. We introduce some tools to help change not-so-good habits, while asking questions such as 'How do you talk to yourself?' and 'What are you afraid of?' A brief description of each episode is outlined below.

Part three in our introduction series is designed to support students in getting to know other people, helping them to build positive relationships with a range of people. The 10 episodes in part three expand on our previous episodes on empathy, while diving into topics like listening, gossip, blame, guilt and generosity. We finish up with a look at leadership and what it takes to be a true leader. A brief description of each episode is outlined below.
